Hyundai has refreshed almost all the top seller in its lineup in India in past some time. The highest selling Hyundai i10 from Hyundai's stable got new and refreshing look. The stunning new Hyundai Verna Fluidic is also one of the latest facelifts from Hyundai India. In past sometime, Hyundai i20 has been doing good sales for Hyundai India in premium hatchback segment and it has not been face-lifted for a long time now. The facelift introduces last year in 2010 was a significant but not major one. Our friends at Motorbeam have reported that the face lifted Hyundai i20 2012 new model is likely to launch by the Diwali festival season, which is around October 2011. The expected facelifts are introduction of some fluidic sculpture curves in the Hyundai i20 2012, a new grille design, a refreshed headlamp and tail lamp design is also on the cars. For months ,Force Motors has been in the news for its new low cost SUV which was unnamed yet but today, as per sources, the car has been finally given a name. Being the most anticipated SUV of the car, a lot is expected from the SUV all because of its pretty affordable price. The SUV is to be called Force One. Codenamed as SUV F 2010, the car is scheduled to be launched within a month from now. So far only the technical details are available which say that the car will get a 2.2 Liter CRDI diesel engine. The same powermill is capable of producing a maximum power of 140 PS and a peak torque of 350 Nm. Rest of the details are not available yet but we promise to update them as soon as possible. General Motors India (Chevrolet India) showcased its all electric plug-in Electric variant of the Chevrolet Beat in New Delhi, India on 23 June 2011. The Chevrolet Beat Electric or the Chevrolet Beat Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) as Chevrolet calls it is not a hybrid but a pure electric car just like Nissan Leaf. This is not a launch of the car, its just a showcase of technology from GM India to demonstrate the effectiveness of the battery technology for its future cars in India. This is an effort in continuation of the world environment day celebrations from GM. Chevrolet Beat Electric India Specifications and Details Chevrolet Beta Electric Vehicle in India is powered by a 300 cell lithium ion battery with a total energy capacity of 20KWh. The weight of the battery is 270Kg and this battery can provide a range of 130 Km on a full charge under normal conditions which is a really good range. The battery is liquid cooled and can operate in extreme temperatures ranging from –20 Degrees to 45 Degrees Celsius. We guess Fiat has already started working on renovating its dealership strategies in India and will also be looking forward to launch new models in the market. A new cheaper small car, a face-lifted Fiat Linea and a new Fiat Grande Punto Evo are already down the pipeline but a more interesting new coming our way is the very first car from the Italian manufacturer in the SUV segment. Pretty interesting right? Fiat Sedici is the compact SUV that is expected to be docked at the Indian ports. Built in collaboration with Suzuki, the car was first showcased at the 2006 Geneva Motor Show. The first impression of the car tells you that it has a lot in common with the Maruti Suzuki SX4 and the very noticeable commonalities include a similar head light and the ride height.
